Traditionally, philanthropic funders have tended to prioritise short-term projects with clear, measurable outcomes.

As the Peter McKenzie Project has evolved, we have discovered that system change work needs a radically different funding approach. This infographic summarises our discoveries so far – capturing the ideas which lie at the heart of our funding model, and how these are helping the project and our Kaikōkiri tackle the root causes of child poverty.
